Gönüllü sorumlulukları ve görev tanımı
Gönüllü olarak görev üstlenecek kişi SEN DE GEL Derneği’ne sorumlu olacak ve derneğin ilkeleri doğrultusunda, derneğin amacını geliştirmesi için 3-6 ay süreyle Gambiya’da çalışacaktır.
Bu kapsamda Derneğin desteklediği Balıkçılık ve Hayvancılık alanlarındaki 2 temel projeyle ilgili olarak gönüllüden:
- Saha Ziyareti: Derneğin bütün Proje uygulama alanlarını haftada iki kereden az olmamak kaydı ile
o belirli aralıklarla ziyaret etmesi,
o çalışmaları izlemesi ve gözlemlemesi,
- Raporlama:
o Çalışmalara katılan kişi sayısı,
o Yapılan uygulamalar
o Proje süreçlerinin aşamaları,
o Proje uygulamalarından elde edilen gelir ve yapılan harcamalar,
hakkında Derneğe aylık olarak düzenli rapor vermesi
- Derneğin farklı proje ve işbirliklerine yönelmesine yardımcı olabilecek yerel bilgilendirme / önerileri yapması,
- Farklı işbirliklerine yönelik fırsatlar geliştirebilmek amacıyla, uluslararası kuruluşlar, devlet kuruluşları, yerel yönetimler ve ilgili sivil toplum kuruluşları gibi paydaşlarla iletişim kurması,
- Gerektiği zamanlarda projelerle ilgili sunumlar yapabilmesi, Gambiya’da ve başka ülkelerde paydaşlarla toplantılar organize edip duyarlılık geliştirmesi,
- Projelere kaynak sağlayan destekçilerin ilkelerini ve haklarını gözetecek kuralların uygulanmasını sağlanmasına özen göstermesi,
beklenmektedir.
Adaylar:
- İngilizce bilmelidir,
- T.C. vatandaşı olması tercih sebebidir.

Responsibilities and definition of the Voluntary Work
Volunteer will be responsible to the SEN DE GEL Association and will work in harmony with the principles of the Association to realize its goals and mission in The Gambia, for 3-6 months.
In this context, with respect to the main 2 projects on Animal Husbandry and Fishing, supported by the Association, the volunteer will be responsible for:
- Site Visits: Visit all the project zones that are supported by the association regularly, and at a minimum of twice per week
- Observe the accomplishments
- Observe the works and efforts of the beneficiaries
- Reporting: Provide a regular monthly report to the Association on:
- The number of people participating in the projects
- Practical implications
- The progress of the projects
- Expenses and income generated from the implications of the project
- Provision of local information and proposals to lead the Association to different projects and partnerships,
- Making contacts with stakeholders such as international organizations, government agencies, local administration and related NGOs in order to expand the project and create new partnership opportunities,
- Making presentations on the project when needed and organizing stakeholder meetings in The Gambia and elsewhere to raise awareness on the project,
- Ensuring that procurement procedures of the funding agencies are properly applied.
- The volunteer should be able to speak and understand the English language.
- Turkish citizenship is preferred, but not required.
Volunteers shall be compensated for transportation, boarding and meal expenses; a monthly stipend will be paid.
